Terms and Conditions of Sale

Minimum Order – $15.00 net invoice.

Payment Terms – Net 30 days on open account, subject to credit approval. VISA, Master Card, and American Express are accepted.

Freight Policy - Shipments are made UPS Ground Prepaid/Add unless otherwise requested. All collect shipments for non-stock items are subject to a handling fee for freight-in charges incurred by Henderson. All orders for MayTec products are subject to a packing charge determined by the manufacturer. Orders can usually be shipped the same day if received by 1:00 p.m. EST.

Warranty – All products are subject to manufacturers’ stated warranties.

Returns and Exchanges – No material will be accepted for return after 1 year from date of purchase. Material must be a currently stocked product and in the same condition and in the original packaging when purchased. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for select products.

Cancelled Orders – Cancellation of custom orders will be subject to a cancellation fee. The fee will be determined by the amount of development and production work completed at the time of cancellation. Custom orders that have been completed are non-cancelable and non-returnable.

Confidentiality – All quotations, purchase orders, and other business transactions are considered confidential and will not be shared with individuals outside the company.
